Jonathan Harlow has over twenty years of legal
experience in commercial real estate. He joined the
Fellman Law Group, P.C. as a principal in October,
2006. Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan was a
partner in Kaitz + Associates, LLC, and was a Senior
Real Estate Counsel at The Stop & Shop Supermarket
Company.
Jonathan specializes in the representation of
landlords, tenants and developers in all aspects of
commercial real estate transactions, with an
emphasis on retail-oriented projects. In the last
five years, Jonathan has represented a major New
England supermarket company in numerous leases,
ground leases and acquisitions, both of individual
stores and of portfolios of stores in retail
bankruptcies; a national retailer in leases
throughout the Eastern United States; and regional
developers in the acquisition and leasing of retail
and mixed use projects in several New England
states.
He is a graduate of Yale University and of the
University of Virginia School of Law and resides in
Hingham, Massachusetts with his wife and three
children.
